1. We discuss landlords needs further and through the process in more detail. As a company we offer long term lets (3-5+ years) This would guarantee no void periods.

2. Once relevant contracts are in place we would then look to give the property a stylish, luxurious modern look by sourcing relevant furniture updates to both furnished and unfurnished properties. It is also at this stage we would install security cameras and approved key safes

3. Once the property is ready to go, we will get this listed on our channel manager allowing the guests to book across multiple platforms. We work closely with agencies to provide accommodation to contractors, medical staff and other such professionals. We would also advertise on booking websites such as Airbnb and booking.com for short term stays.

4. Our team of experts will manage all the property bookings/enquiries. We would also guarantee the property would be kept to a high standard. A professional deep clean would be carried out after each stay. We also have local tradesmen on call to carry out any required maintenance to an agreed amount
